I've been thinking, now that i'm in a polytechnic do i get more time to myself then i had in Secondary school? Personally i don't think so. I'll be working till i graduate then i'd probably get about 3 mths worh of break before entering Nat. Service. Then another 2 years flashes by, i'll either be struggling to get a job or Uni. Either which i'll still work my ass off.
Ultimately, it boils down to me and work when i'm 30+.
whether i have kids or not will be another problem.
KIDS: Work and take care of them til' they work so i can enjoy whats left of my life (approx. 12- 20 years.)
No Kids: Work til i die and let the state handle my dead carcass.
Sad life for a Singaporean. I'd rather be growing up in Antarctica and fish for a living. (Note: not to sell, to eat.)
I love my grandma. I love what she does. She's close to her eighties and yet she still finds the time to go about Singapore buying food for the family cause thats what she loves to do. Then i find her playing solitaire in either my brother's or my bedroom. And thats basically her day. She gets to loiter about the house in relaxation knowing her my mom and dad takes care of her. I want that (the loitering bit). Old ppl are cool. Thats why they are called senior. citizens. *ahem* right. moving on.

"Old" is when statistics show that by the age of seventy, there are five women to every men.
Ironic time for a guy to get those odds isnt it?
